- A recent receipt from any of the participating store
Below find a detailed step by step guide on how to participate in the survey
- Visit www.myexpressfeedback.com to get started.
- Select you favorite language, you have two options either English or Spanish
- Enter the invitation code from your receipt. This is a 16 digit code, in case you have problems locating the code, there is a diagram on the website that shows you how to locate the code.
- After you successfully enter the 16 digit code, you will be redirected to the next webpage automatically
- Provide the answers to the questions provided to you and press the next button to move to the next question.
- After successful completion of the survey, you will be provided with a special code. Please write down this code in your receipt and present it in your next visit to the outlet.
- Once the page loads, you will be provided with a user-friendly interface that will prompt you to enter the special code found on the receipt you obtained in step 1. This code contains 18 digits.
- Provide the answers to the various questions on the online portal. It’s a pretty simple thing to do, just answer the question and press the next button to proceed to the next question.
- Once you successfully complete the survey, you must provide your email address. The email address you provide here will be used to send you an electronic dinner credit that you can redeem at any of their outlets.
