Steps to add DellConnect Software to your computer:
- Go to www.dell.com/dc1
- To download the software go a little less than halfway down the page where it says, “Downloading the DellConnect Software.” Read the information below it and then click “I Agree” if you want to continue.
- Once you click “I Agree” you will be taken to a page where you can select “Run” and, with the software activating, a Dell Representative will be able to take over your computer and seek out the problem you’re experiencing.
If you are unable to run the software, for whatever reason, you also have the options to chat with a Dell representative via an online chat software or call them by phone. Both options are located to the right of your screen.
